Businesses are responsible for providing accurate profile information, complying with applicable laws, informing visitors that AI chat is in use, and handling lead data according to privacy legislation.

Visitors who use the chat widget consent to being contacted about their enquiry. This is disclosed in the widget interface. Conversation data is stored and forwarded to the relevant business.

• Collecting data without visitor knowledge or consent
• Impersonating another business or person
• Spam, harassment, or deceptive practices
• Violating applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or compromise the platform
